Through the process of nominations the church is able to find and train leaders that are God-called to specific areas. Our pastor leads this team, and he is extremely conscious of the fact that, while in the past many have filled a spot, God's intention is that every member's service matches our Spiritual gifts and God-given talents. In fact, Pastor Greg has said, "If you're serving in an area that takes your energy instead of giving it, then we have you in the wrong place. Serving in the Spirit energizes not depletes." Do you have to be a member to serve? For some areas, yes. For most areas, no!
